I found Richards to be very capable and competent. They were able to open up and repair an electrical short in my laptop preventing me from having to throw it away and buy a new one. Service was quick and professional. Thanks for your help. Kevin M. Snellville, Ga.

Several years ago, after getting very good service from a competitor's computer service, I needed warranty work on my Toshiba laptop, which required going to Richards Computer. This was when I discovered that "very good" is no match for the superior service that Richards Computer provided. I now take all my computer problems to Richards Computer, because they have always resolved every difficulty I have had quickly and with utmost efficiency. Personnel have always been personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, and many times they took care of the malfunction on the spot. Thay have always explained what I needed to know in terms I can understand, and they have always steered me toward the most economical result. I would not hesitate to recommend Richards Computer to anyone with a computer.

Better than other but still not the best. They had my computer fixed within an hour. Very Fast.

I think they need better empolees they werent very helpful.
