Having an issue with work they did just over 2 months ago. Can't get in touch with anyone. Their phones ring once, then say, "The person you're trying to reach is unavailable. Exiting the system." And hangs up. Called cell number for the sales person who did the demo/consultation - left messages, but they don't call back. Are they even still in business? Have they sold us an expensive but defective "home improvement," then closed shop?



They say they don't use sub-contractors, but for the three small tasks they did for us, they sent 3 different crews - 2 of which were obvious sub-contractors!

I answered the door to a sales person who gave me a two hour spiel of the company. A product I had seen demonstrated at a homeowners products show. Roof was measured, bid given, and Gutterguard was installed within five days in the month of February... a slow time of year! I received a follow-up inspection the next week. Product works great!!

I answered my front door and was asked if I wanted a free estimate for gutters. Little did I know that I had to make an appointment where the guy was 20 minutes late and then took over an hour to measure and work on the numbers for the estimate. He wanted to give a presentation for gutters, which floored me. What kind of presentation could this be? They also wanted my wife to listen to this presentation as well. Why? Well, the guy took too long and I had to leave so he had to call 3 people to see if he could come back the next day. WEIRD. Well, when he did, I made it clear that my wife was not goin to listen to any presentation and that I just wanted an estimate on gutters for my house, the guy had to call 3 different people to see what to do. I even had to talk to one of them and they were RUDE like they didn't want MY business if I didn't let them "present" to me AND my wife. This was WEIRD and uncalled for and I was glad to see them leave. I do not recommend this company.

They are overly high pressure and rude. Don't bother calling the "owner" phone number. I got a GM, and he literally yelled at me. If you see them coming, RUN! I wish I could give negative stars.
