I was so scared going to this location today after reading all the horrible reviews! What a pleasant surprise! I walked in to an empty waiting room & was greeted by a very friendly nurse/phlebotomist named Wilgress William. She took me right in. She was very professional & especially gentle while taking my blood!! I don't even have a mark on my skin!! After today's experience I won't go anywhere else!!!!
